Basecoat comes first...then a quick coat of the light gold colour.
Neon green is next...one coat, Flomar brand
The gold reduces the neon effect and close up there is an underneath shimmery detail...
Then using crackling blue nail polish and konad stamp nail art with splat designs alternately on the nails...voila!
